Social and Emotional Support
Completely free-of-charge and non-profit, Sisters Network Dallas and the Cancer Support Community offer an monthly survivorship meeting where you, a family member, or a friend who has cancer can get social and emotional support.
The Monthly Survivorship Meeting is a place where people with cancer and their families and friends learn to live with cancer, and hopefully beyond it. It is their lifeline to strength, hope and guidance. The effects are often life-changing.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone. That includes women, men and children living with cancer, and their family and friends. The Monthly Survivorship Meeting brings people together who are experiencing similar situations. Whether your’re looking for an understanding ear, a chance to laugh, or an informational resource, this is the place to learn how to live with cancer, whatever the outcome. The Cancer Support Community also welcomes long-term cancer survivors and those who have lost someone to cancer.
How Do I Participate?
It’s a very simple process. First, you will attend a Monthly Survivorship Meeting. It’s an introduction to the Cancer Support Community, where you will meet with others and learn about the program.

Sisters Network Dallas meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
